Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the digital nature of the downloadable audio products sold by Modproject, all sales are generally considered final once the purchase is completed and the download link has been made available. We typically do not offer refunds or exchanges for these downloadable audio files.

Exceptions / Defective Products

We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:

  1. If the downloaded audio file is proven to be defective, corrupted, or non-functional (e.g., unplayable file) due to an error on Modproject’s part.
  2. If you are unable to access the download link for your purchased audio file due to a verifiable technical fault originating from our systems.

We cannot grant refunds for reasons such as:

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong audio file.
  • Issues with your audio playback software or hardware incompatibility (please ensure you can play the advertised audio format(s) before purchasing).
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Issues arising from your own computer system or internet connection preventing download or playback.

Reporting Issues

If you believe your purchased downloadable audio file is defective or you cannot access it due to an error on our side, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@modproject.club.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase.

* A clear description of the problem you are encountering (e.g., “Audio file corrupted”, “download link not working”).

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages, if applicable.

Resolution Process

Once we receive your report, we will investigate the issue.

  • If we verify a defect or access problem caused by Modproject, our first step will typically be to provide you with a working version of the audio file download or resolve the access issue.
  • If we are unable to provide a functional product or resolve the access issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund may be processed at our discretion.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at support@modproject.club.
