Website, inquiries and project initiations
These conditions regulate the use of modproject.club as well as non-binding inquiries regarding booking, production, mastering, downloads or other collaboration, unless otherwise agreed in writing in individual cases.
A request is not the same as an order
The presentation of artists, services or releases on this website is not a binding offer, unless expressly stated as such.
Contact and booking forms are primarily used for inquiries; A contract is only created through individual written acceptance or separate agreement.
Rights to delivered material
Anyone who transmits content, files, logos, stems, images, references or other material confirms that they are authorized to do so and that they are protecting the rights of third parties.
Required releases, credits and usage licenses must be provided prior to use.
Prices, dates and scope are determined individually
Scope, remuneration, deadlines, technical requirements, delivery formats and usage rights are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
Without an express agreement, there are no fixed performance deadlines, minimum availability or release commitments.
Mandatory law takes precedence
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the contractually agreed services and culpably caused damage.
Mandatory liability regulations remain unaffected, especially if a travel condition according to Article 100 OR would be inadmissible.
Swiss law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory protective regulations and mandatory jurisdictions remain reserved.
